Your Super Bowl party just got really real.
The title is a mouthful but believe me you'll be singing it after you take a bite out of one of these bad boys.
The easy to make curried horseradish aioli drizzed over the warm shredded corned beef is absolutley mouth-watering.

Curry and Ginger Beer Infused Pulled Corned Beef Sliders Recipe
1 corned beef brisket (3-4 pounds, plus pickling spice packet) 1 jar ginger beer (approximately 12-16 ounces) 1 orange (sliced in half) 1-2 bay leaf ¼ cup honey ¼ cup spicy mustard 1 Tbsp. garlic (minced) 1/4 cup curry powder 1 tsp Chipotle chili powder 1 tsp celery seeds 1 tsp red pepper flakes 4 springs thyme 1 dozen ciabatta slider rolls
Place brisket in large pot. Pour ginger beer over corned beef. Add all other ingredients to the pot except for fresh thyme sprigs. Pour cold water to barely cover corned beef. Bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low. Add thyme sprigs. Cover and simmer approximately 3 hours. Remove corned beef from liquid and let rest, tented with aluminum foil, on cutting board for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, make the aioli and bake rolls or warm up buns for sliders. Remove as much fat from brisket as possible and discard. Using to table forks, pull corned beef into thin shreds. Spoon aioli onto bottom half of bun, pile warm pulled corned beef on top then drizzle with more aioli and add top bun.
Enjoy with ice cold ginger beer and great company!
